Manage Organization Settings

Managing organization settings allows admins to customize the platform’s branding and support details for a seamless user experience.


Follow the steps below to configure these settings.


To Manage Organization Settings

  • Navigate to the Settings section in the admin dashboard.

  • Click on Organization to access the Organization Settings page.

1. Branding

Admins can customize the platform’s appearance and user experience with the following options:

Custom URL

  • Modify the URL to include the company name for better recognition.

Logo, Favicon & Login Page Image

  • Upload a company logo, favicon, and a visually appealing login page image.

  • Only JPG files are supported.

  • Image dimensions: 500 x 500 pixels

  • Maximum file size: 500 KB

Page Title

  • Enter a custom page title to be displayed on the browser tab.

Theme & Colors

  • Select a brand color from the available list, which will be reflected on the user dashboard.

  • Choose between a white or black theme for the site’s appearance.


2. Support

Admins can enter support information, which will be displayed on the login/signup page for users who need assistance. This includes:

Custom Support Portal

  • A URL where users can access support resources.

Custom Support Email

  • An email address for users to contact the support team.


3. Save the Changes

Once the necessary modifications are made, click Save to apply the settings.

By configuring these options, admins can enhance the platform’s branding and ensure users have the support they need.
