Program Initial Setup

Once you have successfully logged into the Admin portal, you need to setup and complete the onboarding to utilize the portal at full capacity.



Follow the Steps Below to complete your onboarding:

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal

    • Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
    • Enter your credentials and click Login.
  2. Navigate to Setup 

    • From the left-side menu, select Setup.
    • You will a list of 5 tasks to complete. You can click on Complete Now for each task to start setting it up. Your onboarding will be complete once these 5 tasks are completed.
  3. Company information

    • This requires you to add basic company information to the portal. Refer to article for more information.
  4. Branding Setup
    • This helps you setup your brand and brand related themes and other information. Refer to Article
  5. Add Eligible Population

    • This lets you set up users and add them to the site so that users can start accessing the site from their end. Refer to Article

  6. Incentive and Rewards
    • You can set up reward campaigns for users to take part in and earn points for redemption. Refer article here
  7. Activation emails
    • Two kinds to emails are setup here.
      • Registration: This is the email sent to users for registration. This email contains the option for users to register them to the themselves to the platform. For Manual registration, users need to type in the Group code and Employee code as well amidst other basic details. 
      • Welcome: This is sent post registration to users. This contains information on how to setup their profile and navigate the wellness platform
      • Both these emails can be edited as per your company standards by clicking on the Pencil icon. 
      • The edit platform can be used to edit the content of the email, links provided and the subject for the email. You can check here on how to use this editor.
      • After making the changes, you can click on Save.
