Modified on Wed, May 21 at 12:26 AM

While creating or modifying a challenge in Admin V2, admins can personalize the experience by uploading a custom challenge header image and challenge thumbnail image. This article walks you through the upload process and provides troubleshooting tips in case of issues.

Uploading Images During Challenge Creation or Modification

  1. Navigate to the Challenges page in the Programs section.

  2. If the challenge is already created, click the three vertical dots beside it and select Modify.

    • If you're creating a new challenge, image upload options will appear during the creation process as well.

  3. In the Step 1: Update Challenge screen, scroll down to find image upload fields for:

    • Challenge Header

    • Challenge Thumbnail

  4. You can choose a default image or upload your own using the Custom Header/Thumbnail option.

Supported Formats and Recommendations

  • Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG & PNG only.

  • File size: Keep images under 15–20 MB for smooth upload and faster processing.

  • After selecting an image, you'll be prompted to crop it. Choose the desired area and click Select to confirm.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If your image fails to upload or takes too long, check the file format and reduce the file size.

  • Ensure the uploaded image has good resolution—low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated even if the dimensions are correct.

Following these steps should resolve most image upload issues and help you set up visually appealing challenges with ease.
