What Is Friend's Leader board and How It is Useful?

Making Friends through the wellness program improves social wellbeing among co-workers. The purpose of the leaderboard is to encourage healthy competition among co-workers. Everyone is automatically added to the leaderboard once you become Friends. The Leaderboard displays where you rank with your Friends based on the number of steps, active minutes, and distance traveled, aggregated over the past seven days.

The rankings will change constantly as and when you and your Friends sync or update your activity logs. So the Friends Leaderboard displays real-time data.

A Friend's Leaderboard can be viewed on the dashboard of the web portal and the Wellness360 mobile app.

From the user portal:

1. Log into the web portal.

2. Navigate across the dashboard to find the Leaderboard on the right.

3. The leaderboard gives the details of the steps, active minutes, and distance covered that have been logged by you or your friends as a part of the wellness activities.

4. Clicking on the specific tabs for steps, active minutes, and distance traveled will give your's and your friend's relevant details and rankings.

From the Wellness360 mobile app:

1. Log into the Wellness360 mobile app.

Method 1:

1. Navigate to the bottom of the dashboard to find the Leaderboard.

2. Only the details of the steps accrued over the past 7 days will be visible on this leaderboard.

Method 2: From the Community Section:

1. Tap on the 'Community' tab from the bottom menu of the mobile app.2. Tap on the Leaderboard tab at the top. A list of your friends and your step count will be displayed by default.

3. At the top of the page, tap on the dropdown to view the details and rankings based on steps, active minutes, or distance traveled.
