How To Cancel an Event

In some cases, an event may need to be canceled or removed from the calendar. Canceling (or deleting) an event removes it from the Events list and ensures users no longer see it as an upcoming opportunity.  


Follow the Steps Below to Cancel an Event:

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal

    • Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
    • Enter your credentials and click Login.
  2. Navigate to Events

    • From the left-side menu, select Programs, then Events, and click on List view.
    • You will see a list of all created events, along with options to view, edit, delete, or send notifications.
  3. Delete Event

    • Locate the event you want to delete.
    • Click on the 3 dots, Delete.
    • From the pop-up, click Delete to cancel the event.
  4. Deleting Event time slots
    • In case you want to delete individual event slots, instead of the whole event, you can click on the event.
    • Go to the event time slots, click the 3 dots for the respective time slot you want to delete. 
    • Click on Delete and click on Delete again in the confirmation pop-up
