Company-wide or location-specific events are an essential part of many wellness programs. Administrators can create and customize these events, add time slots, and award points to participating employees.
Follow the steps below to create an event in the Wellness360 Admin Portal without missing any details.
1. Log in to the Admin Portal
Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
Enter your credentials and click Login.
2. Go to Events
From the left menu, select Programs, then Events to open the Events page.
On the Events page, click the +Create Event button at the top right.
3. Enter Event Details
Event Name, Event Description: Provide a clear name and descriptive information for the event.
Event Points:
Toggle Yes if you plan to award points; enter the point value.
Otherwise, choose No.
Venue: Provide a physical or virtual address where the event will be held.
Event Check in: Enable check-in code verification so participants can use a code to redeem points.
Thumbnail: Choose a preset banner or upload a custom one by clicking on Choose file, then click Next.
Event Occurrence:
Once: The event happens only on a single date/time.
Recurring: If it repeats, choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly and configure how often and when it ends.
Daily:
Every [X] days: For instance, if set to 5, the event recurs every 5 days.
Every Weekday: Recurs Monday–Friday. You can end it on a specific date or After a certain number of occurrences.
Weekly:
Choose which day(s) of the week it recurs (e.g., every 3 weeks on Tuesday).
Set it to end On a specific date or After a certain number of occurrences.
Monthly:
Day: Example—Days set to 3 of every 3 months, ending after 3 occurrences means the event runs for three consecutive days every three months and stops after three total runs.
The: Example—“the first Monday in a month once every 3 months” means it recurs on the first Monday every three months, ending after three occurrences.
Set Maximum Registration Limit (optional): Enter a cap on how many participants can register.
4. Enrollment Type
Open (Default): The event is available to all users in the organization.
Closed: Select a specific user category within the organization. Only those users can participate.
5. Time Slots
If the event has multiple sessions, add each time slot with the Organizer name, start time, and end time.
Click +Add Slots to create more sessions or use the Delete icon to remove any.
This applies to a single event.
6. Timezone
Select the appropriate timezone so the event timings display correctly.
7. Create the Event
Click Create to finalize the event.
The newly created event will appear on the Events page. You can then view details, edit, send email notifications, or delete it as needed.
