At times, it is possible to not sync your activity or health data on time. The wellness360 mobile app makes it easy to sync your health data from Apple Healthkit for the previous days.
Log in to your Wellness360 mobile app.
In the Activity section of the dashboard, choose the previous date in the calendar for which you want to sync the data, by tapping on the left arrow.
Once your date is selected, the data will sync automatically from your connected Apple Healthkit app.
If it is not syncing within 30 seconds of choosing the previous date, tap the sync/reload icon.
Make sure your data is logged for that day in your connected Apple Healthkit app for it to sync.
