At times, Users may decide to delete their account for personal or other reasons. Please note that the option to delete your account is available only through the mobile app and is not supported via the web portal. This article provides a detailed guide to help you easily delete your account from the mobile app. Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Steps to Delete Your Account:
Open the Mobile App and Access Settings:
Launch the app on your mobile device. Tap on the More icon (three horizontal dots), located in the bottom-right corner of the screen and from the menu, select Settings to proceed to the settings page.
Locate the 'Delete Account' Option:
On the bottom section of the settings page, you will find the Delete Account option.
Initiate Account Deletion:
Tap on Delete Account. A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm your decision to delete your account.
Confirm Deletion:
To finalize the deletion, tap Delete in the pop-up. A final confirmation message will appear, indicating that your account has been successfully deleted.
Please be aware that, this cannot be reversed. Once it is deleted, you will no longer have access to your account and it will be permanently deleted in 7 working days, after initiating the deletion process.
