How Can I Sync My Health and Activity Data From Apple Healthkit for the Current Day?

Syncing your health and activity data can track your progress and help in achieving your daily health and wellbeing goals. The MyHealthPlus app makes it easy to sync your health data from Apple Healthkit for the previous and current days.

Syncing Current Day’s Data:

  • Log in to your MyHealthplus mobile app.

  • In the Activity section of the dashboard, check if the displayed date is the correct current day’s date.

  • Your data will sync automatically from the connected Apple Healthkit to your MyHealthPlus app.

  • If it is not syncing within 30 seconds of opening the app, tap the sync/reload icon.


  • Make sure your data is logged for your current day in your connected Apple Healthkit for it to sync.
